Ordering
Capital Stereo requires a minimum order of $3.00 USD. To order any of our listed product please use our automated ordering form and we will reply back within 24 hours with quote including delivery charges.( You must include your area code)
Product Delivery
Most orders will be shipped the following business day. Occasionally we have back orders, and you will be notified of an approximate delivery date. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Warranty and Returns
Capital Stereo product warranty is to be free from manufactures defects for the period of one year. Capital Stereo reserves the right to determine, if the product is a manufactures defect, or abuse. Capital Stereo will replace any manufactures defective product with a new one of same model, or an equivalent value. For all returns you must use our contact form please include all fields and one of our represenstitive will contact you within 24 hours .
International Shipping
We can ship anywhere the USPS delivers; you will pay ACTUAL freight, PLUS $2.00 USD for packing materials, and handling. Please call us or email us using our contact page and state what items you want, include your shipping address, and we will email you back with a USD total, and further instructions to complete the transaction.

Back Order
The demand for our products is extremely high due to our high quality and low prices. On occasion orders exceed production. If this occurs we will contact you to specify the earliest delivery date. Any other items that you order will be shipped. If this is not acceptable, please make note of this in the Message section of our order form. If we enact a price increase, your lower price will not change. Should the price decrease - you will receive the lower price.
